First win? Here's the entire journey, no surprises.
1. The auction settles
When the event closes, our system checks every lot's final bid. If you're the winner, an invoice is generated within minutes: hammer price + buyer's premium + delivery, with VAT included in the total.
2. Payment happens automatically
You saved a card when you joined the event, that card is charged automatically for your invoice total. No bank-transfer chasing, no awkward payment window. You'll get the invoice and payment confirmation by email, and everything's also in your account under My wins.
3. Multiple wins combine into one parcel
Win three lots in one night and they ship together: the largest lot pays its normal delivery price and each extra lot adds only a small combining fee. The estimator on every lot page shows the exact numbers before you ever bid.
4. Dispatch and tracking
The warehouse picks your lots (every item is crate-tracked), packs them, and books a tracked courier. The moment it's dispatched you get the tracking number by email, and it appears on your invoice page too.
