A timed online auction platform for retail goods — Amazon returns, lost property, overstock, vehicles. Auctions run as themed events with all lots closing in a short window.
Anyone with a UK address. Register, verify your email, save a payment card, and you're set. Business buyers can flag themselves as B2B at sign-up; sales then sit outside UK consumer cancellation rules.

Yes. Every bid is a legally binding offer to buy at that price. Bids cannot be retracted once placed.
Highest bid when the lot ends, wins. If you're outbid we'll email you immediately and you can re-bid until the close.
Bids placed in the final 60 seconds extend that lot's close time by another 60 seconds, so you can never lose by a quarter-second click.
Saved-card buyers are charged automatically when the auction ends. Repeated non-payment results in account suspension and we may pursue the debt via a county court money claim plus our recovery costs.
We add a buyer's premium on top of the hammer price — shown live on every lot before you bid. There are no hidden listing fees beyond what's quoted.
Some lots include VAT, some are sold under the margin scheme. The lot listing tells you which. The invoice you receive after winning has the VAT broken out.
We charge the card on file the moment you win. You can manage cards under Account → Payment methods.
If a lot is materially not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll work it out. Otherwise — bids are binding and items sell as-seen.
We dispatch within 2 working days of cleared payment. Most parcels arrive within 3–5 working days from there.
You'll get a tracking email when the parcel leaves us. You can also see tracking on the order page in your account.
Some larger lots (vehicles, pallets) are collection-only — clearly flagged in the listing.
Photograph the box and the item before you do anything else, then email us within 48 hours of delivery.
Click 'Forgot password?' on the sign-in page — we'll email a one-time reset link that's valid for an hour.
Account → Profile & settings — name, phone, business info and marketing preferences.
Opt-in only. You can turn them off any time under Profile & settings. Transactional emails (bids, invoices, dispatch) keep running because they're how the platform works.
