We source retail returns, overstock, lost property and trade consignments, grade them in our own warehouse, and sell them in daily timed auction events, so you get retail goods at a price the market sets, not a sticker.
Every lot is photographed and condition-graded by our own team before it goes live. What you see is what arrives.
Cards are held and charged by Stripe, the same payment provider used by millions of businesses. We never see or store your card number.
Won lots leave our UK warehouse within 2 working days of cleared payment, with tracking emailed to you.
Questions and problems go to a real person, not a chatbot. We reply within one working day.
Auctions run as themed events with every lot on a countdown. You register once, verify your email and save a card, then bid on as many lots as you like.
